The foam spray fire extinguishing system (for tunnels) divides the foam liquid and fire water supply provided by the balanced foam liquid supply device into two channels and sends them to the water control valve ( deluge valve, pressure reducing valve) , proportional mixer, balance valve, etc. A fire extinguishing system that uses a proportional mixer ( for tunnels) to mix to form a mixed liquid, and then sprays mist into the tunnel through a foam nozzle (non-aspiration type).
The water supply pipeline and liquid supply pipeline of the foam spray fire extinguishing system ( for tunnels) in the servo state are filled with fire water and foam liquid, and the pressure is stabilized by a pressure stabilizing pump. When a fire breaks out in a tunnel and people cannot extinguish the fire or control the fire by self-rescue, the fire expands. After being detected by the fire detector, the fire alarm controller sends out a fire alarm signal and starts a delay to remind personnel to evacuate quickly. After the delay ends, The foam spray fire extinguishing system automatically enters the start-up procedure: after the fire signal detected by the fire detector is analyzed and processed by the fire alarm controller, the location of the fire is determined, and a start signal is sent to the proportional mixer closest to the fire center. Rain alarm When the valve is opened, the fire water and foam liquid flow to the proportional mixer at the same time, forming a foam mixture through the action of the proportional mixer, and the mixture is sprayed out in the form of mist from the foam nozzle to extinguish the fire. While sending a start signal to the proportional mixer , the fire alarm controller starts the fire pump and the balanced foam supply device to continuously supply fire water and foam liquid to the water supply pipeline and liquid supply pipeline respectively.
