The control cabinet of the water mist fire extinguishing system is a control cabinet matching the pump group type water mist fire extinguishing system, which uses PLC to control the start and stop of multiple water mist pump sets (multiple main and one backup) and 2 stable pressure pumps (one use and one backup), and two supplementary water booster pumps (one main and one backup), and displays the status signal of the corresponding action on the control cabinet; Accept remote start or fire alarm signals, and implement automatic pump start fire extinguishing.

The control cabinet can automatically turn on and off the pressure stabilizer pump by detecting the pressure drop and pressure exceeding in the fire protection system, and achieve stable pressure for the pipe network.

The control cabinet can automatically realize the standby pressure stabilization pump into use by detecting the pressure of the fire pipe network if the required value is not reached within the specified time, and ensure the stable pressure of the pipe network when the quasi-working state is achieved.

The control cabinet can automatically start the active fire pump (or fire pump group) by means of a manual or external start signal to achieve manual or automatic fire extinguishing.

The control cabinet can automatically realize the standby fire pump into use by detecting whether the pressure of the fire pump pipe network reaches the required value within the specified time, and realize the pressure required by the system when extinguishing the fire.

Reserve the system manual automatic state, system startup state, system fault state, 1#-n# pump and 1, 2# stabilizer pump operation, fault and other working status output terminals.

Reserve the input terminal signal and liquid level signal status of the remote start terminal, fire terminal, 1#-n# main pump and 1 and 2# stabilized pump of the system.

All signals connected to the control pump set are passive normally closed contacts, and the control signals output by all pump sets are passive normally closed contacts.
