The spray protection brand fire hydrant box (hereinafter referred to as the "hydrant box") has formed three major series of products: all stainless steel box, all ordinary steel box, and aluminum profile wrapped box. The box adopts a fully formed "U" shaped seat to enhance its stiffness, and the position where the water hose and coil are hung adopts local cold stamping reinforcement technology to reduce the deformation of the box, ensuring a flat and beautiful appearance. All steel doors are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the surface after forming adopts electrostatic spraying technology. The coating has a bright color, good durability, and excellent adhesion; The non-metallic door panels are made of flat glass or rubber plastic panels. After forming, the surface fonts are printed using screen printing technology and imported ink, with clear handwriting, bright color, and good durability. It can meet the decoration requirements of different places.

3、 Installation and debugging

1. The box can be installed either in an open or concealed manner, and attention should be paid to ensuring that the bolt box is perpendicular to the wall during installation. Attention: When using concealed installation, the sand and debris inside the concave wall should be cleaned first to ensure that the outer frame of the box is not deformed, otherwise it will cause the door components to not be installed properly!

Suggestion: during installation, use "foam filler" to fill the gap between the box and the wall to fix the box!

2. Install or place facilities such as hydrant boxes, indoor fire hydrants, fire hose reels, fire hoses, and fire guns in sequence.

3. When connecting to the main water supply pipe, the debris inside the water supply pipe should be flushed out first to avoid pipeline blockage and damage to the equipment inside the box.

When installing the fire hose reel, first fix the reel on the bracket, and then connect the inlet pipe and water supply pipe together.

Attention: The default length of the fire hose reel inlet hose when leaving the factory is 1 meter. If the curvature of the reel is too large during user installation, it may flatten the inlet hose. Suggest customers to cut the water inlet hose to the appropriate length according to actual requirements.

When opening the indoor fire hydrant for the first time to drain water, rotate the handwheel to the highest position and fully drain the water to remove any debris in the pipeline.

After installation, clean the inside and outside of the hydrant box and keep the door bright
