Domestic Vertical High-Pressure Water Mist Fire Extinguishing syetem

This high-pressure water mist pump unit is an electric high-pressure reciprocating plunger pump, which adopts a domestic water-lubricated nineplunger vertical high-pressure pump. The pump body is made of 304 stainless steel, and the pump has obtained the CCS (China Classification Society) certification. The pump unit control cabinet uses Siemens PLC. In engineering applications, it is configured as 1-in-use & 1-standby to 7-in-use & 1-standby according to different working condition requirements. The pump can achieve multiple pressure and flow rates by combining different numbers of unit modules, and the interfaces and overall dimensions of the pump unit modules remain unchanged, facilitating the assembly of complete sets.

High-Pressure Water Mist Pump Unit

This high-pressure water mist pump unit is an electric high-pressure reciprocating plunger pump, which adopts a domestic water-lubricated nine-plunger vertical high-pressure pump. The pump body is made of 304 stainless steel, and the pump has obtained certification from CCS (China Classification Society). The control cabinet of the pump unit is equipped with Siemens PLC. In engineering applications, it is configured in modes ranging from "1 in use & 1 standby" to "7 in use & 1 standby" according to different working condition requirements. The pump can achieve multiple pressure and flow rate specifications by combining different numbers of unit modules; meanwhile, the interfaces and overall dimensions of the pump unit modules remain unchanged, facilitating the assembly of complete sets.

This series of pumps is designed based on the axial plunger principle, featuring a lightweight and compact structure. Additionally, it adopts a design where the moving parts of the pump are self-lubricated by the flowing fluid, eliminating the need for lubricating oil. All components in the pump are designed with a long maintenance cycle, ensuring high efficiency and stability while requiring minimal maintenance.

Advantages of the Water-Lubricated Nine-Plunger Vertical Pump:

1. One of the smallest and lightest pumps on the market, with a compact unit structure and small floor space.

2. Long maintenance cycle, requiring no preventive maintenance within the warranty period.

3. Minimal pressure pulses generated in the pressure pipeline, resulting in low vibration and low noise.

4. Self-lubricating design, no need for lubricating oil.

5. All components are made of corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless steel and carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK (polyether ether ketone).

Pump Unit Selection Principles:

Single-zone application: The flow rate of a single pump is selected based on the flow rate requirement of the protected zone; typically, the configuration is "1 main pump & 1 standby pump".

Zoned application: The flow rate of a single pump is selected according to the flow rate requirement of the smallest protected zone; then, the number of required single pumps is calculated based on the flow rate requirement of the largest protected zone. Generally, the configuration is "multiple main pumps & 1 standby pump".
